At Cardibles, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before ordering.


Sealed Product We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sealed Pokémon TCG product that has been opened. If your sealed product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


Singles (Individual Cards) If a single card arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the card and packaging. We will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.


General To request a refund or report an issue, contact us at info@cardibles.co.uk. We aim to respond within 24 hours. Cardibles reserves the right to assess each case individually. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
